- 一. Overview
This equipment is suitable for the endurance life test of electronic expansion valves. The equipment is controlled by industrial computers + PLC as the main control center. The PC program is responsible for data processing and logic control. It is easy to operate and flexible to adjust. The system can memorize, record, store and display test results. The equipment system can perform action life tests on the electronic expansion valve under conditions such as the maximum opening degree of the open valve, the maximum opening degree of the closed valve, and the excitation speed. It is an ideal auxiliary testing equipment for home appliance manufacturers.

2.1. Number of test stations: 5. The electronic expansion valve can be tested by replacing the test tooling
2.2. Electronic expansion valve test:
①Fix the expansion valve on the life test bench and drive it with a set voltage (such as DC12V), a specified excitation mode, and a set frequency (such as 83PPS).
②The inlet (side pipe) pressure is 1.0MPa, and the outlet (straight pipe) is connected to the atmosphere; 0←→500 is a cycle, and the total number of openings and closings is set (such as 100,000 times). Use nitrogen or clean compressed air, gas source pressure ≥4.5MPA;
Test pressure 1～3.7MPa manually adjustable.
Remarks: Supports opening and closing up to 9.99 million times, the purpose is to find the maximum life of the electronic expansion valve.
③. Failure judgment: Read the pressure through the pressure sensor, set the full closing pressure and valve opening pressure in the software to detect the change of intake pressure. When the intake pressure exceeds the set value, the system alarm prompts the failure of the test piece and records the current number of operations and other parameters.
