High Voltage Switch Life Test Bench (3 stations)
- Basic requirements: suitable for the durability test of high-voltage switches of water purification equipment;
- Equipment function: meet the technical requirements specified in the standards such as “QB/T 4144 Reverse osmosis Water Purifier for Household and Similar Purposes”.

- Test content: Mainly used for the durability test of high-voltage switch of water purification equipment.
Standard test: test water temperature (20±5) °C. Connect the high-voltage switch to the test device, use the counting electric control board to control the on-off of the high-voltage switch through the solenoid valve to control the on-off of the tap water, and record the number of switches, the step-up time of 3s and the step-down time of 3s are a switch, and 100,000 times of switching tests are carried out to monitor whether the high-voltage switch is working normally during the whole life process (whether the water pressure and limit value of the on-off action meet the requirements of the drawing/specification).
