1. Basic requirements: heat exchanger heat exchange capacity test suitable for water purification equipment;
2. Equipment function: test the heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger in accordance with the relevant technical requirements.
3. Technical Parameters

4.1 Station: 1 station, same source input, each station can choose input;

4.2 Water tank: 2 x 100L water tank (one room temperature water tank, one heated water tank), material 304, thickness ≥ 1.2mm;

4.3 Test time: 0-999s can be preset;

4.4 Hot water outlet temperature detection: 0-120°C, accuracy: 0.5%F.S.;

4.5 Room temperature outlet water temperature detection: 0-60°C, accuracy: 0.5%F.S.;

4.6 Hot water effluent flow detection: 0.2-2L/min, accuracy: 0.2%F.S.;

4.7 Room temperature water effluent flow detection: 0.2-2L/min, accuracy: 0.2%F.S.;

4.8 Room temperature water inlet temperature: 25°C±2°C, use air-cooled constant temperature unit;

4.9 Water inlet pressure at room temperature: 0.05-0.3MPa adjustable;

4.10? The high-temperature water after the test is directly discharged to the wastewater pipeline without recycling;

4.11 The flow rate of water at room temperature and hot water is equipped with automatic flow control valve, which can independently control the flow rate of hot water and water at room temperature at each station

5. Comprehensive performance of the equipment

5.3 Console: PLC control, set test time, water temperature test and control, hot water flow and room temperature water flow on the computer
