- Introduction to comprehensive performance test bench for electronic expansion valve
This machine is designed according to JBT-10212 and JBT-10386. It is suitable for testing the flow characteristics, valve opening pulse, valve port leakage, and maximum action pressure difference test of electronic expansion valves. It adopts imported electronic digital flowmeter, and the flow test error is better than ±1%. The number of pulses can be set arbitrarily according to the valve opening, and the flow change value of each pulse number can be displayed. The system is automatically controlled, the output test pressure ratio is adjustable, the number of valve input pulses can be set, and the pressure, flow parameters and pulse number of the system are detected in real time. The flow and pressure mutation points can be identified. After setting the parameters by computer, the test can be started with one key, and the flow characteristics and valve port leakage parameter curves are generated and the test results are recorded;
