Main technical characteristics of relay contact performance testing system
The equipment shall comply with GB14536.11 GB14598.1-2001, GB7261-2008 “Basic Test Methods for Relay Protection and Safety Automatic Equipment” Design according to relevant requirements such as IEC60255-1. The main technical features of the relay contact performance testing system are introduced by Guangzhou Zhipinhui Electronic Technology.
1. Working voltage of relay sample coil:
DC voltage stabilization: DC3-50V adjustable display accuracy: ± 1% reading ± 2 characters.
Communication: AC0-250V adjustable, display accuracy: ± 1% reading ± 2 characters
2. Testing station: 1 station
3. Load working mode: AC/DC resistive load, AC inductive load, DC inductive load can be selected
4. Communication experiment:
Test voltage: AC0～ 250V， Input from an external adjustable voltage regulator (provided by the customer, with a power of 10KW)
Test current: Adjustable from 0.2 to 10A
Power factor adjustable from 0.3 to 1
